Litgo adheres to a zero‑tolerance principle and strictly prohibits any abuse, exploitation, or sexualization involving children.
Any user who violates this policy or fails to fulfill obligations to protect minors (under 18 years old) will face account suspension and legal liability.
1. Target Users and Age Requirements
1.1 Minimum Age:
Users must be at least 18 years old to use Litgo.
1.2 Prohibited Actions:
Falsifying age to register or use the platform.
Registering or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
1.3 Detection Mechanisms:
Litgo uses automated technology and manual review to detect activities involving minors and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).
Any attempt to evade detection is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Content and Behaviors
2.1 Sexualization of Minors / CSAM
Creating, distributing, or sharing content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse.
Content that depicts minors as sexual objects, including:
Relevant discussions,
Sexually suggestive fictional scenarios,
Wearing sexually suggestive clothing.
Depicting nude or sexualized images of minors, including artistic works (sketches, illustrations, animations, etc.).
2.2 Danger and Harm to Minors
Threatening, inciting, or actually inflicting physical harm on minors.
Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
Displaying or encouraging minors to engage in dangerous behavior.
Promoting or depicting neglect, abandonment, or trafficking of minors.
2.3 Platform Content Restrictions
Minors must not appear in any videos, images, text, or other content on the platform.
3. Account and User Restrictions
3.1 Prohibited Users
Anyone proven to have committed crimes against children (sexual assault, physical harm, neglect, trafficking, etc.) is permanently banned from using Litgo.
3.2 Violation Handling
Accounts found in violation will be immediately banned.
Depending on the severity of the violation, Litgo will cooperate with law enforcement agencies for investigation.
4. Reporting and Feedback
4.1 Reporting Channels
Users can report violations through the in-app reporting feature or by emailing lagulano997@gmail.com.
4.2 Reporting Obligations
In cases involving child abuse, Litgo will report to:
United States: NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children),
Other regions: Relevant authorities or international hotlines.
5. User Education
The “Child Safety Policy” will be displayed within the platform.
Prompts and reminders will be provided during content creation and publishing.
